bought auction softwear from michael levy a.k.a Binamica a.k.a macroBid Auctions. paid 3000 dollars for the enterprise version on behalf of client in malaysia. the software does not work and they cant show us any working sites, michael levy wont refund us and our bank is doing charge back against his scam. i saw on internet forum that he is a Scammer and will not last long before his time is up. do not enter into agreement with binamica as they are conmen who think hiding in israel will Protect them!!! he's a one man band and your business is not safe with his platform. we are script developers and know that this is scamming operation
when my business partner aksed for a refund due to MANY problems here is the result i got, pasted in

i find this very insulting and rude and have pasetd this reply all across internet forums to warn others. only after fast bucks!!!. be warned of this guy - remember the name MICHAEL LEVY coz hes time as a scammer is up,

I had exactly same experience with them.
Highly unprofessional, very bad web development company. Very greedy owner who'd postpone your project to save $50 not taking into account you're loosing thousands. Very, very slow work. The whole operation of Binamica consists of 1-2 project managers and the owner - Michael Levy. Then they outsource programmers from Russia, he has NO in house developers. How many russian programmers he outsources? At most 2-3. THERE IS NO WAY THEY CAN MEET YOUR NEEDS. Your project will always be postponed and once you pay them in full it will become even harder to get them fix/correct anything. His warranty of quality? Big joke. They charge $40 per hour which is very expensive for their inferior service. They have no respect to contracts, many parts were not finished according to our contract but they won't give me a refund and they won't fix what’s missing. Then I threatened Michael with writing a bad review about their work. Rather than fixing their mess he threatened me back with retaliation, he started sharing with his potential clients my messages that I exchanged with him in the past which were totally out of context, he threatened me with disclosing my documents that were provided to him under Non-Disclosure agreement, he threatened to hurt my other businesses, simply I could not believe the level of unprofessionalism I had to face. If you wanna avoid a big headache and loss of money, stay away from this company. Yes, web development can be risky. If you hire Binamica, your risk of failure will double. Binamica is a big joke. AVOID AVOID AVOID. |
