Bill Utnehmer & wife Marie Utnehmer have earned a reputation across the Los Angeles/San Francisco area that have earned honorable mention. I say this because Bill Utnehmer scammed me personally for almost $400,000 about 6 years ago. I had sought to recover my investment, however Utnehmers misleading contracts contained loopholes & legal recovery was not possible.

This guy is a real piece of work, and because of the gross disrespect he has paid to honest investors through dishonest practices, I feel it's my right & obligation to let people know.

Bill Utnehmer boasts identifying, developing & managing millions of dollars & millions of square feet of prime real estate across California. His website http://www.cwdp.com provides adequate wording to support this, and definitely someone to watch out for. There's one thing I can personally verify, and that your investment is guaranteed with Bill. Bill Utnehmer is guaranteed to scam you, and spend the money. I want to elaborate on his fine history as well, including the companies MUT Ventures & W Development Partners.

Bill Utnehmers long time partner is bankrupt as I understand it, so I have to assume he probably wasn't aware of the fraudulent intentions William Utnehmer had over the course of their partnership.
We will look at the various public records available, as well as other sites he appears in, and see what they say. I certainly don't want this to appear as revenge, because i consider it a lesson learned for rolling the dice with this guy. William Utnehmer deserves every opportunity to provide proof that my allegations are false, so feel free to contact Bill Utnehmer directly:

I did find where Bill Utnehmer defends his reputation & intentions...

This developer suffered substantial losses with eight commercial, residential and land development projects, seventeen investors, eleven lenders and 37% market deterioration. One unsophisticated and very belligerent investor has slanderously accused him of fraud, a ponzi scheme, etc. This individual's publication on the internet is impossible to remove and its veracity and validity is entirely discredited. Minimal investigation will confirm a rich profile of an active, successful businessman as well as a substantial civic and philanthropic contributor to his community.

Considering I have been a contractor in California for over 20 years, I happen to know a few others in the
field he is in, and it seems Utnehmer has caused some frustrations in every social circle he has participated in. Apparently William Utnehmer intentionally took advantage of relationships he had established with some financial institutions costing them over $13,000,000.00 in write offs.

Bill Utnehmer writes:

Utnehmer did file bankruptcy which generally covers these kinds of debt, HOWEVER in cases of suspected fraud, even bankruptcy doesn't cover debt obligations. This I think is a fair standard to determine if Bill Utnehmer intentionally scammed investors, or if his pristine character is truly what he says.

After doing some digging I was able to find that Utnehmers bankruptcy was not approved as he requested, and William has been ordered to repay almost $2 Million to multiple parties due to considerable evidence the courts used in making their ruling

In other words...Bill Utnehmer was found guilty of scamming investors and intentionally mishandling their money. This is NOT rumor, this is court ruling.
