I would caution anyone thinking of getting pajamas from this company. I returned pajamas that were too small. They seemed to fit initially but when I streched out they were a little too tight. I did wear them for a couple of nights at a hotel. My Mom gave them to me as a Christmas gift so I was unaware of their return policy. I called the company to tell them they were too small and they told me to return them with a $7 check to cover replacement shipping charges. I initially had some difficulty getting hold of them to check on the status of the return. When I finally was able to get hold of them to check on the status of the PJ's they told me they would get back to me by the close of the business day. At the end of the business day I received no call from them. I called the next day to ask again for the status and was told the feet were soiled so they could not exchange or refund them. They said they would return the original pair to me. When I questioned their return policy the associate I was speaking too hung up on me. To make matters worse they held on to my old pair for over three months without returning them as they promised. To this date they have not returned my old pair. I questioned why they would hold my old pair for so long but they have refused to provide an explanation. The weather is warmer and Big Feet has not allowed me use of the pajamas during the cold Winter months by holding on to my pajamas without returning them as promised. They have the poorest customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. Their communication to me was very arrogant in nature. I sent them some e mails asking for a plausible explanation for why I never received my old pajamas back. They would not provide me an explanation instead focusing on why they could not exchange the pajamas. I agree that the feet were slightly soiled but they used words such as "gross", "not hygienic", and "filthy" in their communication with me. They continue to refuse to explain why they held on to my pajamas for over three months as of this date nor did they apologize for hanging up on me. There are plenty of good quality pajamas companies who treat customers with respect. Big Feet is not one of them. I personally am appalled at their customer service. Again I caution anyone in doing business with this company |
