Big City Cupcakes Franchise sold by Lisa LaRue (a.k.a Lisa Fulkerson) is a scam.
There are many lawsuits pending with this crook - she takes your Franchise Deposit ($50K) and
then disappears. Do not do business with her - she has served time for fraud under her alias Lisa Fulkerson. I wish someone had warned me....

She also does business under Everybody Loves Cupcakes and The Original Cheesecake Lollies. Recently her daughter Kirsten Fulkerson has joined her in scamming people. She also uses two business partners by the name of Jerry and Leah. Do not give her any money. She uses small banks like G&F Financial to defraud people. Contact your local police if you have had any dealings with her or any of her associates.

Lisa fulkerson also goes by Lisa larue, and Kirsten fulkerson also goes by Kirsten larue
They also bank with RBC.
They will sell you Liscences for there cupcakes etc .
Lisa will say to accommodate almost any request you
Have until she gets your money. Please go to your local police
With any info you have on either of these. Lisa has also been known to use
A woman by the name of Denise Kelly to help with her
Schemes.

TD Canada Trust is actively trying to locate her as well since she and Kirsten stole $500K from them in a cheque-kiting scheme (which is exactly what Lisa was convicted of before):
