This is an internet company that is claiming to sell virtual study materials for IT certification exams. After purchasing my product, I tried to download and it was unavailable. I emailed customer support, and recived a reply saying that this product was out of stock. I am not sure how a virtual download can be out of stock. It was probably more like, they were forced to remove the product for copyright infringement or something to that effect. (my assumption) Anyways after a few emails back and forth and promises to refund my money, I decided to file a claim with Pay Pal. I was unable to get a refund through the claim that I filed because it was a virtual product. Pay Pal was gracious enough to refund me half of my purchase. So I am filing this to warn other buyers about this scam, and they are protected through Pay Pals policies on virtual products. I have all email traffic between myself and a representative of the company. Basically admitting that what I paid for was unavailable and that they were going to issue a refund. If there is anything that can be done to put these scam artist out of business, that would make me very happy. For me it is not about losing $30 anymore.

I had the same issue with this company...had the "site not found" error when I tried to download links provided to me under my registered prepking account. So far, this company has not responded to me after a day of sending them emails...terrible customer service so far. I hope my resolution turns out better than yours.

Good luck...I won't buy more exams from them.

I have had the similar problems with other vendors like www.testking.com, www.test-inside.com, www.pass-guaranteed.com and www.pass4sure.com. I think they all operate from china or third world countries. Because the stuff they are selling is illegal in the first place.

All to familiar. I got ripped off by CertifyMe. They haven't provided what I paid for, and don't return emails.
They should be put out of businees
PayPal are also hopeless - I'll be going after them now. Paypal should blacklist scammers like this to stop their lines of income.

I have reported about prepking to www.actionfraud.police.uk and they recommend that others also report about this website. I was also a victim. So if you feel like please report it to that website so that they take this seriously..
