| Beware of a site called Myfile Treasury. It is a scam and they charge you $1.95 to download a file from their website but then charge your credit card with hidden charges amounting to over $80. Also in the download there are Trojan viruses which, if not caught in time, can destroy your hard drive.! DO NOT USE THIS SITE! |

| I believe I have been scammed by MYFILETREASURY. I wanted to download sheet music and ticked a box giving me limited access for a short time. I can't locate the website any longer so am not sure what I ticked. I supplied my credit card details expecting a bill of around $10 USD. However, my card account has been debited with $82 USD. To add insult to injury I have not been able to download a single file. Is there any body I can approach to try to get my money. |

Hi, I have been scammed as well by this scammers, they took also over 80US$ of my account and I ticked the box for a trial what was around 3US$ I paid and my money is gone.
Im very angry about this and send a email to www.bodis.com whom is hosting this site if you go to google and go to who is then you can put the website details in it and you will see that this company is NOT IN THE USA but in CHINA so yes 100% sure we are scammed by this b...terds.
I sugest that all of you write a letter to this company.

Dear sir mrs,
I have been scammed by a company hosting their site at your servers.
Now I dont know if you are the same company as www.myfiletreasure.com but if you are a real and reliable company then you will take action against this scammer from China.
Please visit their site they are telling they are in the USA, and look at the following website.

I sugest if you are real you take this serious and block this site to avoid that you could be responsible by hosting a scam site.
This company took over 80US$ of my account but I only asked and paid for 3 days trial what was around 3 us$ the same as the other persons whom are scammed?

If you cant block this site then I would like to know what you need to block them as I will take action against this company and if needed to all the people whom are working together with them.
No response means that I will contact the Chinese Ambassy here in Thailand to take action and to get the rest of the people together to stop this scammers.

Actually I have been scammed today by this company and they originate in the Ukraine!!!
Contact your local Trading standards and bank who should be able to investigate further.I have sent an email to the Ukraine base but will also let my bank know it's in China.Trading Standards EU have advised that my bank will get the money back for me so you should do the same.
We have to stop this kind of fraudulence so it's better to do it via the authorities as they will probably ignore your email.

My bank gave me my money back pending investigation and now they're taking it back off me and giving it to Myfiletreasury. £26, and I haven't downloaded a thing.
After reading this I'm going to re-contact my bank tomorrow.
Has anyone got their money back? |
