Sprint Van Line Buyer Beware! Rockville, Maryland

Using Sprint Van Lines was a horrible experience. We were told to have a certified check for the balance of the contract with an additional $75 for an extra set of stairs, which we had ready.
When the driver came he told us he needed to add even more money for additional stairs, and that the bank money order could not be excepted, only cash or a "postal money order". The driver said he could only wait 1 hour for us to get the cash or postal money order, or he would have to put our furniture into storage. It was after 5 pm the post office was closed, and we did not have a bank in the area, after the hour we were not able to get a postal money order. I asked to talk to Simon, the man the drivers continued to speak to over the phone, and I told him I didn't know there was a difference between the 2 money orders, he immediately started screaming into the phone.
Some how the driver managed to get Simon to release our furniture, but they took all the furniture out of the truck and left it on the sidewalk in the pouring down rain while they took everything to the apartment.
The next day we called the post office and was told that a postal money order is used if the recipient does not have a checking account! Sprint Van Lines is very sketchy!
