Bethesda Health Group Bethesda Rehab and Theropy Center Bethesda Health Group Employees A Rapist Kirkwood, Missouri

On March 31st and again on April the first of 2011, Randy L. Dotson, an employee of Bethesda Dillworth in Kirkwood, Missouri, sexually assaulted a co-worker in his work area at Bethesda at 9645 Big Bend Blvd. in KIrkwood, Missouri. When the co-worker/assault victim reported the incident to her supervisiors, they offered to "open an investigation" but did little more to offer comfort or security to the victum. They did not offer to transfer her or give her a leave until this "investigation" was complete. They did not offer to remove the assailant, Randy L. Dotson, either. When the sexual assault victim expressed fear of returning to work, and spoke of resigning, Bethesda offered her no advise or assurance that the situation would be rectified, they simply wanted to know if she was giving her official resignation. When the sexually asaulted victim again expressed that she was affraid to return to work at Bethesda, they informed her that they where taking this as her official resignation. Bethesda reported that the victim resigned with out proper cause or notification, making it impossible for the victim to receive unemployment benifits. The sexual assault victim worked for Bethesda for two and a half years, and never called in or was late, Bethesda even gave her a humanitarian award for her services. Bethesda owed the sexual assault victim $2800.00 in credited vacation time that they refused to pay her (her lawyer was able to recover $1000.00 of this money for her, but Bethesda Dillworth made her sign a "hush agreement" before they would pay her). Randy L. Dotson is currently STILL employed at Bethesda Dillworth and at the same position. The sexual assault victim filed police reports with both the Kirkwood Missouri and Shrewsbury Missouri police departments about this incident
