| If you visit the website www.bestbuyfragrance.com you will see many brand name fragrances at very cheap prices. I was curious but not suspicious of the website and did some reading and didn't find anything on the internet that was negative. They claim to purchase in bulk direct from manufacturers and cut out the "middle man" and are able to pass the savings to their customers. I normally purchase a specific fragrance (Calvin Klein Euphoria Intense for men) which is the only fragrance I wear; I use it every day and have been since it first came out in 2008. I normally purchase this at department stores and plan to pay about $70 to $80. I found it at bestbuyfragrance.com for $39. I made the purchase of a New 3.4 oz Calvin Klein Euphoria Intense for Men fragrance on a Wednesday and received it on that Saturday. When I opened the box it came in it contained not Euphoria Intense but Euphoria. They sent me the wrong item and I was a little disappointed but not entirely upset. Euphoria Intense is a newer modified version of Euphoria which smells a little different but I still like them both and have used them both in the past. I figured I would make the best of the situation and use the fragrance anyway so I opened up the box and looked at the bottle to find that it was not the polished container I'm used to seeing but had scratches and flaws in the metallic surface and had smudges of something on the glass. I figured it was just an ugly bottle and maybe that's why it was so cheap so I sprayed a little on my wrist. I was blown away when I went to smell the fragrance. It was not Euphoria at all! It was not the fragrance it was advertised to be. It was not the fragrance that the label said it was. I took a closer look at the bottle in sunlight and could see debris floating around in the liquid. There were tiny little objects like dirt and fibers floating around. I have never ever seen any debris of any kind floating around in any bottle of any legitimate brand name fragrance. The conclusion I am left with is that this item was tampered with and altered and the contents of the bottle are not what is labeled on the ingredients list and it's safety and quality are to be questioned. I called the 800 number that was provided on the invoice but no one answered so I left a voice message and will call again tomorrow until I reach someone. |

| wow unbelievable scam!!! this place is a complete rip off and should be shut down. I order an fragrance with no name and a bottle that didnt have an label on it. It was a imitation and wasnt good at that. Bestbutfragrance took 70.00 from me and they have an guarantee of no knock offs or imitation. They are a complete scam Im going to report to the BBA. |

I had a similar experience with BestBuyFragrance.com. I placed an order for a 3.4oz bottle of Fierce by Abercrombie & Fitch, and received a counterfeit product. The bottle was missing the raised lettering on the glass and had a cheap generic cap, and had stickers attached to make it look like the actual product. Whatever was in the bottle smelled like pure alcohol.
After contacting them, they refused to pay return shipping or send me a legitimate replacement. They eventually refunded my order, but only after I told them I was contacting my credit card company to stop payment due to fraud. Given the number of similar reports I've seen, I'd definitely avoid doing business with them. |

| they are thieves, they sell fake goods as if they were originals. I was deceived and lost almost $ 600, and never got my money back. I cannot contact the credit card, because I paid it on money. |
