Best Window & Door Comp Johnstown Very ignorant & aggressive Johnstown, Pennsylvania

Asked BW&D to come out for a free in home estimate, the salesman came, first words out of his mouth was, 'if I'm going to sell you a window its going to be our best top of the line window' ahhh really? We (my husband and I) said we are not interested in you're most expensive window, its what we can afford, NOT what you want to sell, his whole attitude changed, as if, if he couldn't sell the most expensive window, he didn't want to bother at all. Their commersicals state they would beat the comps by 20%, had our written estimate from Window World, but because it was not written on the paper that the sils would be replaced, he refused to match OR beat their price, which is what we expected, some little loopwhole for them to cover their rear ends. The he began talking down Window World saying the windows they quoated us would have 7 inch frames and little glass. Was not very impressed with the conduct of this company and their wheesley ways. Best is far from the truth, sure they'll sell you windows if your pockets are deep enough, but seriously, this economy is eat or be eaten, . Some of us average homeowners would like affordable windows and still be able to pay the mortgage. Get real Best Window !!
