I am surprised that there are no reports done on this taxi cab company. This happened over a year to 2 years and I'd like to inform others that using and paying for this company's services is a waste of money. It is run by a person who is a lazy employee. Lazy meaning once I had to depend on this service to get me home and the driver told me in the cab that Jimmy didn't want to drive over here, making the wait an additional 20 minutes! That's just one example of how bad this company is. Many times I've had to call two or 3 times to find out if they were coming because they took over 15 minutes. One time it took an hour! I've complained about this in a letter to the company itself and to the person who was paying for taxi services for myself but nothing was done. I am hoping others will read this and not take use of this cab's services, making this company out of business because it deserves to be. I'm not using this taxi cab company again and other things they've done were like not showing up at all after 3 times I've called. That was done 3 times and only once was it due to bad weather. What am I supposed to do? Live in the tech school? I felt they handled things very irresponsibly and all this is very unacceptable. This is one of the letters I sent them. There was one other one but due to profanity I cannot post it. Just don't use this taxi cab's services! You'll regret it! ----------------------------------------
Dear Best Cab Co. (Jimmy), This is (my name) and think your company sucks as a cab
service. I dont know if this is 100% true but I think you are a
selffish and lazy employee. I mean I called a couple times and you
wouldnt even do anything to pick me up. I cant wait to get that damn
drivers license, then I will not have to put up with sorry, soggy ass
companies like yours. Just so you are aware, I write complaints to people when they dont do what theyre supposed to do. I would not use Best cab
Company ever again and even if I cant drive myself right now Im still
not going to use your service. And you know what? I think you should be
fired from working there as well. You dont do your job well at all. Waiting over 10 minutes every time and especially 20 mins to an
hour from when a person calls is not acceptable at all. Either get more
cabs or close out your company - might as well. Because of such bad
service I hope this entire taxi cab service
goes bankrupt - it would be so deserving. I am very impatient as a
person unfort. so that really gets my goat when I have to wait for that
long. You really should be embarrassed to do what you do. I also did not like getting in cars with strangers like you and
the other drivers where I felt uncomfortable and not only that, with
high anxiety because of their cold hearted manners/attitudes. I dont
want to sign stupid sheets every time I get in a car with someone! I
also dont want to be wished a curt good night either because if I
drove myself home, I wouldnt have anyone to say stupid shit like that
- sick of fake politeness. Oh and I also didnt like having to call someone on the phone
either feeling like a baby and all because I needed someone to pick me
up. On Tuesday, December 7th no one came at all. I am very lucky to
have a loving, caring family that I could call to pick me up. What the
hell would have happened if I didnt have anybody that could do that?
All you represent to me is a stupid, selffish person that doesnt care
if someone were stranded in the middle of nowhere even though you were
supposed to be there. I know it was bad weather but what is the person
supposed to do? Call the police? I can tell you it I was almost
embarrassed that night with those teachers at WCTC asking me if I had a
ride and that they were going to close up soon. Oh I wish you had been
in that situation - then you would know how I feel! I dont like writing letters like this but they are necessary
when someone doesnt do what theyre supposed to do or are downright
rude or cold. I would not recommend your taxi service to anybody. You
need to be quicker in picking people up and cut out the stupid signing
too. Your dumb company doesnt even have a website so I have to send
this postal mail. I didnt even get a phone call back after leaving a
message to resolve issues like this so this letter is a result. If you
dont like it, tough - improve your dumb company or like I said
earlier, close it out. I am not going to take anymore classes at WCTC
or anywhere else until I get my drivers license because I dont like
depending on either the bus or taxi companies. Hell with them! |

| BEST CAB BETTER LOOK OUT ONE OF YOUR DRIVERS TOLD ME YOU PAY THEM CASH EVERY OTHER WEEK NOW I AM GOING TO TURN YOU IN TO THE IRS. AND WE WILL SEE WHAT HAPPENS. THE WHITE CAB DRIVER SPILLS ALOT OF BEANS ABOUT YOUR COMPANY HE KNOWS ALOT OF INFORMATION ABOUT THIS COMPANY HE HAS BEEN DRIVING CAB FOR A LONG TIME AND HE TOO WILL GET IN TROUBLE FOR NOT REPORTING HIS CASH EARNINGS AND HIS GOVERNMENT STUFF HE GETS LIKE FOOD SHARE AND MEDICAL STUFF PAID. WELL THAT WILL COME TO AN END FOR ALL. AND THE GOVERNMENT CAN GET WHAT THEY HAVE COMING TO THEM BACK FROM YOU. WHY DO PEOPLE RIP OFF THE GOVERNMENT AND THINK THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH IT. |
