Best Buy ,Allen, Texas Store #1780, Refused refund Cash for a Cash purchase with receipt! Allen, Texas

Purchased TV in store and paid in CASH $866, decided to cancel/return order (was not even here yet). They processed cancellation and refused to refund my $866 in cash even though I had receipt in hand. Told me I would have to wait 10 business days (2 weeks) to receive a check from them for my CASH purchase! They stated "it is the only way", I spoke with the team lead - Miguel and then Assistant Store manager - Hugo and was refused access to any higher authority. Simply given the store number and was told I could call the next day because the Manager Chris was gone for the day. (This was between 5-530 pm on a Wednesday). "This is the BEST BUY policy that even if you pay cash they will not refund cash to you and that you must wait for a check for 2 weeks". This is the poorest and most unprofessional business practice I have ever seen. I asked if they could refund to my debit card since cash was an issue and they refused that as well. Additionally, the assistant store manager was very rude and seemed bothered in being asked to help with the situation and do his job. So in short Best BUY has no problem taking your cash but they will absolutely not refund your cash! This is the biggest BS scam to try and pressure people into not going forth with their return and a way they can keep your money for interest!!!! Again, I was refused assistance from any higher management. This company is pathetic at customer service and we will not be buying anything from this company ever again. I cannot stand crook companies like this. Hell they should not only refund my money but with interest now. They take but refuse to return pure and simple.
