I am an independent avon rep in my local area. I recieved a new contact me request so I answered it as I do all the time. The email was poorly worded and there were words left out and words misspelled. What it comes down to was the person wanted to order some high end products from my avon website. I replyed to her email after looking at the list of products that she wanted and told her I wasnt going to order anything for her until I had payment in hand and it cleared a bank. I told her I wouldnt accept a check but that I would take a money order or a western union payment. She then emailed me back asking for my address and all that info then I was thinking that I needed to try to get a phone number to the company so I could see for myself if the company was legit or not. I still havent figured that out but I entered the name of the company and there were alot of reports from this site so I decided it prolly wasnt a real company and decided to do this. I sent the person who contacted me a email and told them that I wouldnt be ordering any product for them and if they continued to have contact with me I was going to contact my local police department and file harassment charges and I also told them not to send anything to me or my house or I would do the same.
