I am an event and wedding planner. I ordered plain pew bows - no florals or tulle, etc. - from this company late in the evening on May 11, 2011. I received order confirmation from them on May 12, 2011, and they charged my credit card on May 13, 2011. I emailed them on May 19, 2011, as to whether the order had shipped. I did not receive a response until May 25, 2011, at which time they said it had shipped and that I "might" receive it by the end of the week. After calling the phone number listed on their website and getting a recorded message, I emailed them again on June 2, 2011, saying that I had not received the bows and asking how they were shipped, along with a tracking number. An individual named Sherry responded that they had been sent USPS and gave me a USPS tracking number. Upon checking the tracking number that same day, I found that the Post Office had only been notified on June 1 that there would be a package for pick up, but did not have the package in their possession. As of this writing, July 1, 2011, the USPS still does not have the package. The June 2 response is the last communication I have had from Bee Bows, in spite of multiple phone calls and three additional emails I have sent them. Their phone message now says this is their busiest time of year, and they have had tornado issues as well, so the best way to contact them is by email which they assure will be answered within seventy-two hours. They lie. They have not emailed me or called me. They have the money for the bows, but I still have no bows. I have turned the matter over to my husband and attorney for resolution, but wanted to warn others that in spite of their lovely and professional-looking website, they are nothing but ripoff artists who only want your money. I would advise anyone and everyone not to buy anything from Bee Bows. (By the way, when you access their website, the address bar reads, "prostore4.megawebservers.com/beebows_net/", and the charge on my credit card was to "Wedding and Ribbon Williamsburg VA D." There may be others. These are just what I noticed in my own situation.) |
