On June 9th 2011 i placed an order with beatdropscloset.com. thier website claims to not charge a credit card until the order has been shipped. on June 10th my credit card was charged the amount of $104.78. It is now July 4 2011 and they have yet to ship my order. When i first contacted them they told me that one of my items was on backorder, they did not state this during the ordering process. For the past 3 weeks they have been claiming to be waiting on their shipment. In each e-mail they have stated that the order should be there by now or anyday now. This has been going on for almost a month now and i am out the funds and the clothing i wanted. I have contacted this company many times and it seems as if when they dont want to deal with the problem they full out ignore you. I find this rude and very inconsderate to a customer who just wants to shop online as hassle free as possible. |

sucks that you are in this predicament. Most online companies have their share of order problems though. Not ever single order will be perfect. Same goes for the customer. I hope from the time you posted this to now you have found a resolution. I find raveready to be reputable and they have still yet to fail me, upset me. Their orders have been timely. They also have a new live customer service that is very helpful. |

On Dec 13th 2011 I placed an order from beatdropscloset.com, I was hoping to get it by Dec 24th which is today for Christmas, but I still haven't received it. My friend really wanted this pair of legwarmers there, so without thought, I immediately ordered it. I was thinking it would come really fast, being in California, and it being the Christmas time. But I have only gotten one email about it, and when I asked them when it would come, no response. I don't even have the tracking number, this is the worst service I have ever gotten- and based on other responses saying it takes months, I'm not looking forward to the arrival as much. It's too late, Christmas is tomorrow, and I can't give my friend what she wanted. This website deeply disappointed me, not to mention my friend.DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. |

The same exact thing happened to me as Juicyaddict888.
I ordered a few things for my girlfriend for Christmas, and I've emailed their support multiple times, but no response.
I have a tracking number, but I believe only one of my items is on the way- I've already been charged for both.
I'm going to try to see what my bank can do about it if they take my money.
Someone should organize a class action law suit against them for all the people they've screwed over. |
