BDS Laundry Systems in St. Paul Minnesota engages in criminal activity on its clients' premises! Please take this warning seriously and be aware of this shady and crooked business! The apartment building across the street from us in St. Paul, Minnesota, has been burglarized twice in recent months. Both times, thousands of dollars worth of valuables have been taken from the tenant storage room in the building's basement. Both times, there was no forcible entry - the burglars were service employees of BDS Laundry Systems coming to empty the cash boxes from the coin-operated laundry machines in the adjacent room. These employees of BDS Laundry Services have keys and full access to the building, and are the only persons aside from the landlord who have such access. The BDS Laundry System employees, some of whom are suspected illegal aliens with long criminal histories, used bolt-cutters to break into the storage lockers of tenants, taking goods such as jewelry, guns, bicycles, silverware and valuable art from the premises. Both times apartment residents have filed police reports with the Saint Paul police, but authorities have done little to follow up. Attempts by victims to contact either Patrick Reddin or David DeMarsh, owners of BDS Laundry Systems and Business Development Sales, Inc., have been met with extreme hostility. Several apartment residents are currently seeking legal action against Mr. Reddin and Mr. DeMarsh and BDS Laundry Management. Through the process of legal discovery, my neighbor in the apartment has learned the identities of the suspects, and they have criminal records - some with felonies! It will just be a matter of time before the investigators also determine that BDS Laundry Management had knowingly hired these individuals with full knowledge of their criminal histories. If you are a Twin Cities landlord, business owner or anyone else who is seeking a lease arrangement for washers and dryers, you would be well advised to stay clear of BDS Laundry Systems, dba BDS Laundry Management, and Business Development Sales, Inc. This is more than a property issue - it's a matter of safety, as you never know what these kinds of individuals will do next. They could break into the apartments next. There are better options for coin-op laundry rentals in the Minneapolis / St. Paul metropolitan area. |
