| These Scamers called me to offer me a discount maintenance on my central air system for 59.99. I did accept thinking it had been awhile since i had had this done. When the tech arrived he was dressed very sloppy and this of coarse raised my suspicion. He did the so called service in ten minutes and then started to tell my wife and I the unit was on its last leg and was barely cooling or functioning. Next was the pitch, we needed a new one and it would be in the upwards of eight thousand dollars. Even after 20 min twice as long as it took to do the service he would not leave. His last comment to me after of coarse me saying no not now on giving him a 8,579 dollar check he was almost demanding he stated he doesnt work for free so in our and his best interest if i said yes now and paid upfront it would only be 8,000 even. Thank goodness i again declined. The next day i paid a local company i found out installed the unit when my home was built only 6 yrs ago to come and evaluate its condition. He found everything was in good working order and stated he could not replace it with one that would run any better. Also he found the unit in my attic that took 5 min to check for Bayside was never even opened. This company should be shut down for taking advantage of people , scamming the elderly and misrepresintation.....BEWARE !!!!!! |

| This company is a SCAM. They definitely need to stop calling people's home phones everyday about their summer special going on the 21-Point Inspection. It is all a SCAM. Make sure you do not do business with Bayside Cooling nor should you pick up your home phones if you see APEX Sales calling. They have RIPPED-OFF hundreds of people, who fall for their 21- Point Inspection Special. Please spread the word to your mother, grandmother, aunt, sister, daughter, niece, cousin, father, grandfather, uncle, brother, son, nephew, in-laws, friends, classmates, co-workers, church members, an neighbors. Everyone you know with a home phone should know that Bayside Cooling will be calling for their business and it is all a SCAM. They need to pay for what they have done to me. I worked for over 70 hours for 2 weeks and only got paid for 24% of my hours. It is a shame what the manager and owners are doing to people. And people who are considering Bayside as a potential employer. RUN fast please. You will not get paid what they tell you, you should make. And the manager at the Stuart, FL location doesn't do anything but chain smokes all day and leaves the office for 1 hour here and there to go get HIGH with her most favored employees. LET'S MAKE BAYSIDE COOLING RUN OUT OF BUSINESS. |
