When I first moved down to Florida I got a job working in the Data Processing department at the hospital. What a nightmare job that was. Matter fact everyone that worked there thought I was the Manager because the woman that was had a very sick baby where her husband also worked there too in maintence. Matter of fact they met at a northern South Carolina HCA hospital. The story goes in short that I was a Data Entry Operator where I can type very fast plus with numbers. I worked for them charging the customers which would be the patients. When charges would come in if they didn't have account on them they would be thrown to anyone else. As I was working there, I would throw them out as it was the Nurses fault for not charing the patients chart correctly. They were loosing money this way. I was told, by my Manager to throw the charge on anyone never throw anything out. Well she wasn't there all the time, but I did throw out the charges. When the Manager came back she didn't. Because most people don't check their bills. Most of time the insurance pays the bill where the customer has a balance. Well, my Mother was in there and so was I for different emergencies. I notice on the bill for my mother were charges to the bill after she was discharge. It also happened to me. Then it remind me when I was working there that was the reason why I left because they do cook the books. Not sure if they still do it, but just recently went there for an ER visit came from DaVita the largest Dialysis center in the world. They sent me by Ambulance that is a $650 bill plus ER was $3300, my room because I was admitted was $2200 not private either plus MRI was $6700. Approx. total bill was $24,000. Plus I checked myself out due to an family member where I am the caregiver had to rush them to the hospital but not there. Davita has issues just like the hospital. Google them on the Internet read up how they just acquire a contract with Saudi Arabia they also have the biggest fraud in history going on right now. They defraued the government Medicare and Medicaid out of millions for falsifying medical accounts with patients. Not giving the dialysis patients the true full dose of Eopengen, as most dialysis patients are very Anemia, but more important perhaps the real reason is because they are not getting their true doses. Texas was reusing the vial for another patient when making up the doses. As I am very anemia where I eat a large dose of protein and it is never enough. Both the hospital and Davita in New Port Richey have serious issues going on. My injury is from the center at Davita where the help allowed me to fall out of my chair with my lines in to smack my head on the floor. It was so loud the whole place heard it. It knocked me out too. I read the report what a pitfall report not reporting the true fall. I was having a muscle spasm in my legs. The pain is so bad if feels like someone is cutting off your legs. Not one RN, or PCT patient care technicanswould wait on me. There was an RN that saw the whole fall, and she even did wait n me, or would talk about it. I finally asked the one and only one that I like she told me the truth and it was just as I thought. The one that runs the center was trying to blame the fall on me. I got a blood clot. Then to doctor told me, I have nothing to worry about for going more surgery as I need a new fistula because they ruin that too. I am not going for any surgery at this time where I have to make sure all the swelling is gone. My face is still got a bruise in it. Of course, I am wearing make up to hide it, Fistula is like a port, but it isn't. It is your own vein fused to another vein to act like a pump for dialysis. They call this Hemodialysis. The surgery is where they cut you from the armpit to the elbow. The after surgery is the long wait especially for a Diabetic because of infections. It is the most painful disease is to have Kidney Failure where this is called Renal End Stage Disease. Davita in Texas just settle an lawsuit for 55 miliion the biggest fraud in History. Investigations are going on in Cailfornia, Florida plus several other cities as they are widespread. Davita is the largest in the world. My mother's Rn that comes to our house she use to work there. I have heard all of the complaints they don't hire enough people then they hire all the uneducated people too plus a few think their stuff is so much better than you. Just plain riduclous. They are rude, never introduce themselves plus no experience. There is also other things going on, but I am keeping secret till Attorney calls me as I am looking. A whistleblower I am! All one has to do is google there name. Thank You Google because it works. Very easy to find out information, reputation, complaints, lawsuits etc on companys, people that don't work in a honest way really burns me up. There is no way that my bill for less than 24 hours should be $24,000. Insantity. I gave the bill to Davita as I am not paying that bill. Dream on. Davita social worker told me that I could pay $10 a month for the balance. I said, Nope not going too not them Davita needs to pay that bill. I was under their care at time of treatmnt with lines in my blood veins. They allowed me to fall out of my chair then they all rush to help me then when the damage is done? Too late people and if I DIED MY FAMILY WILL FILE A WRONGFUL DEATH SUIT1
