I was totally ripped off by Dani Yuliadi of Bali prefab who is a lier and a cheat. I visited Bali in January 2010 with the sole purpose of meeting Dani to purchase a famous Bali prefabricated house. I discovered Bali Prefab over the internet (Googled it) and was very impressed by there professional website and communication skills. After 2 months of correspondence - e-mailing and telephone calls we finally agreed on a deal for my Bali prefab wood house. I flew to Bali in January and placed a 35% deposit on my Bali prefab house. Dani Yuliadi did initially keep me up-dated on the timber processing but after a few weeks communication levels were dropping and Dani was becoming very slow at replying my e-mails.After 6 weeks communication was virtually non- existent .
I naturally became very concerned and booked a ticket to Bali to see what was going on. After showing-up at the Bali Prefab office without any prior notice danny appeared very nervous.
The wood for my prefab house had not even arrived at their factory when the house was already supposed to be completed now!
His excuse was that " the timber was late arriving due to heavy floods in the place of origin". I was shocked and disgusted and asked for an immediate refund which he refused to give me even though I was within my contractual legal rights to do so.Things then got a little heated in his office and I was escorted from the premises and told not to come back! I immediately went to the local police who were very ignorant and did not even care about my situation.I then enquired at various Bali law offices into my legal rights and wanted to take out a law suit against Dani Yuliadi and Bali prefab.It seemed that if I done this it could take up to 2 years and the expenses involved to do so were not much less than the deposit that I had placed and now lost on the house (40,355 USD) and over 3000 USD in travel and hotel expenses. I could not do anything so flew back home at a total loss.I had been ripped-off, lied to and made a fool of in a country whose legal system could not even assist.. Please NEVER do business with this man or Bali prefab.He has ruined my chances of owning a beautiful Bali prefab wooden house and I have wasted a lot of time and money: Dani Yuliadi,

I was really surprise to saw a statement from Benjamin (Australia)
I hereby declare that all which stated by Benjamin was a slander
I don't even know him, and he never trade anything with BaliPrefab
All he said about me and my company was totally lie.
Benjamin, if you are a men, give me your full name, contact address, etc, and give us an evidence for what you've said
We can sue you for all that you said in this forum.
If you can not give us any evidence, you are just a cowards who want to damage the reputation of our company and my name, not more

A few days after my name and company was reported in this Rip Off website, i received below email.
It's clearly there was a conspiracy between Rip Off report.com and Repcleaners.com and their company against me, and of course there was many company treated with the same way. They give bad report about your company, then the come out to give a solution, with some money have to pay of course.
People know this tricky way, beware
Rip Off and Rep cleaners, you both using cruelest way to get money from peoples, the way you business is really evil way.
Even Benjamin never show up and proof his words.
Believe me, peoples will sue your company someday, and personally you are in big problem
