My name is Joe Ochoa I am the owner of Lifetime Transport, LLC. they name of the company that is been defaming Lifetime Transport is Balback Transportation, LLC. they did a load some months ago and they fail to follow procedure, no paperwork was send to us in till baxter bailey and associates ( collection agency from california ) contacted us, we immediately made the payment, the carrier after the fact of the payment stared to posting comments all over the internet about Lifetime Transport, even after the payment was maid. This carrier company is very dishonest, I can send a copy of the check that we sent to the collection agency and the information to contact them. If any one have any questions you can contact me direct to my company or my cell. Do not Load this carrier they will bad mouth your company reputation all over with out grownds.

Joe, itmay also be that Baxter Bailey collected the money and never paid the carrier they do that all the time they have a very bad reputation as a scame collection agency!

Baxter Bailey & Associates Southaven, MS Scam Collection Agency. I completely agree with Joe at Blakes Trucking. We have had several accounts turned over to us for collection after they were initially given to Baxter Bailey & Associates in Southaven, MS and we came to find out that the accounts were actually collected by Baxter Bailey and some for only a fraction of the total amount and the funds were never reported or paid to the client they were hired by. We have turned all those accounts over to the Federal Trade Commission in Atlanta.

My company name is Dion Ramos Delivery Services i totally disagree to Jose Ochoa owner of Lifetime Transport, because I have a $ 850.00 unpaid load by Lifetime Transport that is overdue for 80 days.
and it seems that they have no intentions of the $ 850.00, Lifetime Load# NF71106.
We tried to contact them many times to settle the problem, but just promised to check it and will pay it.
but no return call no payment received. we tried to contact them again and again, nobody pick-up the phone.

It is Lifetime Transport that is defaming their company because they are not paying their carrier...
