Like Others said STAY AWAY from this company. I signed up for the free 10 day trial with urentdvd.com. Appearently CBT media group owns 4 domains (websites) and this one of them. I didnt receive any DVDS during the free trial so I cancelled the trial on the 10th day. Two days later I recieved my 3 DVDS. I quickly watched them and returned them the next day. Out of curiousity I emailed them Concerning possibly getting billed. I got an automated response saying That My email has been received and a represententive would get back to me. Well Its been a week and a half and Im still waiting lol. Anyway I Checked my Checking account balance and a visa debit transaction for $57 bucks caught my eye. It was from a company called CBT media group who I found out with a little research owns Urentdvd. Why they charged me is a mystery. Like Others said the 1-866 number is someones personal Phone who NEVER answers and urges you to leave a message. I tried to email them again and Got the same automated response. And they have an option for live online help but thats always "unavailable". I went to the website and double checked to see if my account was still active and it was cancelled. I also checked my "rental que" and the weird (or shady) thing is that it doesnt clearly state if you have the movies still out or if they been returned. Im assuming these A holes Charged me the prices of the movies because the total of the three adds up to the $57 total. Now Im fearful that they might charge me a fee next month for whatever reason. IM going have to go to my bank and get a new debit card. These guys are scam artists.
