Axis Labs Inc Axis Labs Accused of Mail Order Fraud for Illegally Charging Customers Credit Cards Denver, Colorado |

These scam artists advertise on AM stations to sell their product as research study. The trick is all they want is your credit cards number. They will claim that they will only charge it for shipping and handling. They claim that it is a research study that studies the positive benefits that their special blend of all natural supplements do for males. They claimed that it is a month study, but they will start charging your card before 21 days. DON'T BE FOOLED. They are not really researching anything, because no one ever corresponds with you. You will find it difficult to anyone in customer service to ask for a refund when they keep charging your card over and over and over again. This is a large mail order scam. They will keep your credit on file and sell your private information to random people including your e-mail address. They are real quick to get your credit card number, but they are not so quick to refund the money that we owe. They are real proactive about knowing when a product gets shipping to an address, but they will conveniently claim to not have any information about packages that are returned to them. They will claim that their is no one in their fulfillment department that can check on the status of deliveries received until 1 to 2 months. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! MEANWHILE THE CUSTOMERS CHECKING ACCOUNTS GO NEGATIVE AS THEY JUST CHARGE AWAY!!!! My credit card has been charged over and over again, such that my account went negative. Due to their irresponsible business practices they are now under instigation for MAIL ORDER FRAUD. |

I agree... they are very dishonest. They will claim their computers are down and cannot process a cancelation but state they will return a call later but never do and then ship the next order. They are very croooked. Do not fall for the scam. Axis Labs are to be avoided at all cost! |
