The actions of this company are reprehensible and their main manager is the worst public relations person I have ever met. Dont use them!
They operate under various guises and MANY web pages and numerous scam reports have been filed against their multiple web names like wowcuba.com , Flexivacation, cubaplus, havanatur and many more!
Seems they are professional hackers as they even file fake complaints about their own pages then lead people to others they own like wowcuba or gocuba I am still trying to get a refund for my airport transfer and an apology.
I know many other people! Never again! Dont use them! |

i do have a complaint about you guys from flexivacation, cubaplus, and havanatur . is sad that people like you guys are still on business .
my name is roney crespo. on jun 28 i book with cuba-travel.us wish is own by the same people mention on top .a rent a car in cuba from the july 12 to the jul 21 . BEFORE i pay for the service i spoke to a lady her name (natasha) and ask if they was 100 % sure this service was available . she said yes we have car prerented cars in cuba . same day june 28 i make the payment for 1338 us dollard .
a week when by and i never have any voucher for the rent . or ether a confirmation number . for a all 2 weeks i send severals emael . chats service was not working . and the phone number they have are scams . i try to call the one in spain in canada and miami .many many many times.
the day before my trip july 11 they send me this emael
