Me and my wife hired Avid Law Center for Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Case. After going through many Paralegals which could not find our file on multiple occasions. The case finally went to court on 3/21/11 in which Avids Plan of 36 months at 400.00 per month we got forced a 60 month plan at 949.00 per month. Which the attorney sent could not get ahold of Avid Law Office concerning the matter and she just looked at me and my wife asked us what we wanted to do? Having really no choice at the time we accepted the demand. On October 7th we recieved notice in Declaration In Support Of Motion To Dismiss, due to missing payment for August which was sent out and have proof of cashiers check on August 24, 2011. Aron Rofer claims they did their job, it's not their problem and to find a new lawyer and refile. After paying them $ 4,500.00 this is the legal help we get. I am still at a lose for words. The complaint above was posted by Anthony and Joanne Moungey. Avid Law Center successfully filed a Chapter 13 bankruptcy on their behalf in Riverside Bankruptcy Court. Avid Law Center’s representation resulted in a great outcome for Mr. and Mrs. Moungey. Their Chapter 13 case was confirmed and they were able to catch up on their mortgage arrears to avoid foreclosure and strip/eliminate their second mortgage lien. Additionally, they only had to pay back a small percentage of their unsecured debt. All of this is public record information and the court records demonstrate that Avid Law Center performed excellent work on their case.
In a Chapter 13 plan, it is the client’s responsibility to timely make their plan payments to the Trustee every month. Mr. and Mrs. Moungey failed to make their plan payments to the Trustee in a timely manner and their case was dismissed. This was not Avid Law Center’s fault. It is unfortunate that Mr. and Mrs. Moungey are taking their frustration out on Avid Law Center by posting such defamatory remarks. Avid Law Center performed all legal services as agreed upon competently and in a diligent manner.

| Don't believe Aron "the Joke of an Attorney trash ass wanna be", this is nothing but a scammer all with his secretaries and paralegals that are like vultures preying on those desperate to save their homes!!! My wife and I hired this scum bag because we were notified by Avid Law that we could save our home by eliminating our second mortgage. I was skeptical at first because this sounded too good to be true (which by the way it was) but we went ahead and hired Aron and his team of deceivers and paid 4500.00. What did we get for 4500.00? Aron and Avid Law center got us a payment for the bankruptcy trustee of about 2000.00. This absurd and astronomical payment was even higher than what we were initially paying for our second mortgage!!! After realizing that filing for chapter 13 bankruptcy was not the right thing to do (you would think that an attorney would look for the best interest of his client "but not this piece of @#!&$$!". This idiot of an attorney should be put out of business. He doesn't even look like an attorney, he looks more like a bum than anything else. I wish there was someone out here that could help us find this rip off liable and could help my wife and I recover the money we lost. But it seems that Mr. Rofer is getting away with straight out robbery. Shame on you Aron the piece of @#$! Rofer. You should be ashamed to even use the title "Chief Executive Ofiicer of the rip offs that is". This is the truth coming from real life victims of Avid Law Center. |
