Debbie from AMS called me and asked if I advetised my vehicle on AMS web site, I will sale it fast in 1 week. It was before Christmas. She told me that my vehicle will be sold before Xmas. I asked her "Are you sure, I can sale it before Xmas?" She told me that "I will send people to call you, if you don't like them, I will send other people" Honesty, this is my first time selling my vehicle because I just purchased the new one; So, when I heard she told me that I am happy because I can sale it quickly. I sent them pictures right that night. Of course, I paid tripple fee as higher regular price on local newspaper. I thought it will help me. I was waiting for since after that day Dec 12,2011 until now, there is nobody call me. I kept follow up and call them three time, I got the same answer "we still working on it" I am so disappointed it and upset myself "why I am so stupid to let them ripp me off". Soon after they got my money, they did not do anything, if as least one person called, I think they worked but nobody call and Debbie told me that she will help me to sale my vehile as the price I llstted. The last time I called them, I told them that I will claim a rippoff report so every one will learn from my mistake. They told me " What you want to do go ahead". They seemed don't care customer because they got my money. I told them "I worked very hard to get money, You got my money very easy while you do nothing. It is not fair. If anybody wanted to sale vehicle, don't let them ripp you off as they did with me.
