i second the other woman's complaints. i emailed the owner of the company with a question regarding the size of some of their interlocking floor tiles. i was then rudely told in a reply that i should look harder, that i'm an idiot, that the information is there, and that i shouldn't waste his time. can you believe that? he could've just told me the information himself, or asked some more questions of me to determine what information i needed. or offered to call me and discuss what i need. or anything really.

instead he was incredibly rude and offensive, for no apparent reason. i also contacted the arizona BBB. they apparently have had quite a few complaints about this company. in fact i did some research on the web and found a whole host of others who are not at all happy with his customer service. i would not buy anything from this jerk, i would implore you not to either. i have also contacted amazon as well, where he has a store front. really rude, nasty man who is unprofessional and unhelpful. take your business elsewhere- try much nicer, helpful, professional. they also have a much wider range of stock and options re: interlocking floor tiles.

the worst retail experience i think i've ever had was with get rung. take your business elsewhere.
