Bill Hehemann convinced my ex-business partner to let him bring MY VEHICLE (Title and Registration in my name!!!), "to take some pictures of the car to see what kind of offers he could get." I had on other occassions EXPRESSLY STATED that, "I had ABSOLUTELY NO INTEREST or DESIRE to SELL the vehicle!" Unknowingly, the title was in the vehicle, as it had been in secure storage for some time.

Upon finding the title, Bill, wasting no time and without my knowledge or consent, FORGED my name on the title and SOLD the vehicle! Keeping ALL proceeds and claiming I had designated him as my agent after I contacted the police. WHICH IS COMPLETELY FALSE! The case is still pending, but WATCH OUT FOR THIS GUY! He is a SCHEISTER! Upon doing more research on him, I also found complaints regarding Odometer Fraud and failure to ship vehicles after receiving payment.

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM HIM OR TAKE PART IN ANY OTHER DEALINGS W/ HIM!

He mainly deals with Mercedes, but in this case he Sold my 1990 Jaguar XJS V12 FLAWLESS MINT Condition Convertible with 55k original miles, for $10,000. About $5,000 under market value to garnish a quick sale and take the money and run!

HE IS A SCAM ARTIST!!!
