After much of my own follow up, I finally got them to get the paperwork done. It was extremely difficult to reach Steve Michaels even after he assured me it would be easy, and gave me a cell number to reach him at. Nobody at the firm besides Mr. Michaels could help me, and it was very frustrating calling day after day to never get a returned call. When asked what I could do to get a refund, I was told they were having financial difficulties, and a refund would not be possible.

I still haven't heard anything from them, and my case is still unresolved, ad I'm out $500. I would avoid this company, they seem to be in financial hardship, and are not concerned about helping their customers.
