The unethical Stephen Hoffman is accused ofviolatiing a variety of professional attorney standards including but not limitted to:committing purjury,havingex partite communications with judges,harassment of opposing partiesand their counsel, prejudicing courts by knowingling providing misinformation in court cases in order to damage the opposite parties reputation, discrimination against minorities, conspiring with criminal elements, defamation,libel and slander of innocent parties.

Stephen Hoffman has also shown a blatant disrespect of the court, including judges by his behavior before the bench andin the frivilouspleadingsmade by Mr. Hoffman.

Hoffman also has displayed behavior, which to some , including those with a background to judge his compentancy, points to an unstable individual who is unable to comport himself in public or distinguish between facts,myth points of law and reality.

His irractic, loud and disrespectful behavior in the courtroom and in private conversations between himself and opposite parties point to an individual who has anger management issues which have been so violent that opposite parties believe only a restraining order could adequately protect them from this unethical and crazied "attorney" who lacks ethics, respect for the law or due process.
