Every big corporates are A**** we all know that, but what do you have a name for a company who tries to ripoff everybody intentionally. My Humble request don't every sign up with this company, do your research (Its true every career same sh*t, but at least think and do your homework). AT&T charged me minutes for those which I haven't even used it. Here's the thing. I have a smartphone, and sometimes when you try to reach out to look up for someone's number and you accidently place a call and you hangup. Will that be counted as a minute used. Well sure does for AT&T. It happens hundreds of time in a month. And sometimes when you try to call someone and within few seconds you hangup the phone without even getting it to voice-mail, and it still gets charged to your minutes. So when you add up all you will be using minutes over your plan. This is F***** bull. I am talking about 3 secs or 5 secs time, you try to call someone and you decided not to for some reason and withing couple of second often time less than 10 sec then you still get charged. This is just not right. Its understandable if it gets to Voice Mail then they will charge, understandable if phone is ringing for more than 30 sec they will charge (Which doesn't make sense coz why would anyone charge you when the phone is just ringing, unless someone answers it or goes to VM).
This is total ripoff. Everyone please try this, call someone you know or your home number, and let it ring once or 5 sec, and hangup. Make a note of the time and date, and try to check your online account usage. You will be surprised. All these minutes adds up and you will be fucked/screwed you name it with bills $$$$$. This is how ATT does business.
Let's all File FCC complaint please. This is not a right way to do business. F*** AT&T |
