Athena the Angel Skryer with Celestial Gifts psychic Los Angeles, California |

I got a solicitation from Athena the Angel Skryer with Celestial Gifts. Somehow, I ended up on some psychic mailing list and not only got that one but letters from two other women of similar description. The others are Madame Avalon with Astral Arts and Meredith Lane with Translation Press. Two of them cited a number of specific dates on which various things would happen. To date, nothing they described has occurred on any of them. All of them boast that they are angel skryers (commune with angels), refer to God, claim to be psychics, mention magic and offer, give assurance that they are better than their competitors, and for a fee of $25 to make me wealthy, give me endless good luck, success in romance, healed relationships, etc. This does beg the question that if they are capable of doing this for me, then why haven't they already enriched themselves, and thus why are they asking me for money? I decided to put each of them to the test, to give them a chance to prove that they are what they claim rather than dishonest swindlers. I gave each a task, and a deadline of January 6, 2011 by which to accomplish it. None of produced anything. Curiously, one thing Ms Lane told me was that I my own psychic gifts would reawaken and that no one would ever again be able to lie to me. Maybe she was right about that, at least.

I just got a letter from Gorious Victoria at Celestial Gifts, PO Box 74902, LA, CA regarding her Shield of Fire and Incantantation of Fortune. She gives a double your money back guanrantee. The price, you guessed it ... $25.00. She went as far as saying she saved my life and will make me a furtune. I thought the same as the leetter regarding Athena the Angel Sryer. Why does she need the $25? If she can make me a millionaire, why doesn't she do it for herself? I think I'll pass and just take my chances. |

I just received a letter from Glorious Victoria, Celestial Gifts, POB 74902, LA, CA. Talks about having a dream wherein she saved my life and made me rich; her "the Psychic hand of God" talisman (including a glossy photo of it) she received from an eastern guru as a thank-you for saving his son's life and which gives her powers--"every single vision I have had comes true. Every prayer I offer is answered within 48 hours. My record is 100%...My powers are instant and without limit". She wants to pass this miraculous talisman on to me. Mentions "Incantations of Fortune" and "Shield of Fire". No talk of Athena or angels. Wants $25, with a double your money back guarantee if not satisfied but with no mention of for how long or until what date this guarantee holds, which makes it an incomplete contract with the difficulties of enforcement that that entails. And why would anyone want to give away what sounds like is their most valuable possession to a stranger and for a paltry sum? And instant and unlimited powers? Neither Buddha, Jesus, Mohammed, nor the pagan gods nor anyone I have ever heard of had instant and unlimited powers. It is also a bad sign that she uses a pen name, doesn't disclose a street address, and, despite it being an offer allegedly of such great importance, doesn't even include a phone number. So on the one hand she apparently doesn't want me to contact her, while on the other she wants to give me, of all the people in the world, this great prize possession of hers, a possession seemingly greater than what anyone else in the history of world ever had. To my mind, this does't add up. It may be true that there's a sucker born every minute, but I have better things to do than be one of them. |
