Penny Pierzina PLA and Associates TERRIBLE!! Littleton, Colorado

Penny Pierzina is terrible at her job. It's been over 3 weeks since we had the appraisal done on our current home. Our first buyer fell thru due to loan problems, but that appraisal (conventional loan) came back at 175K (5K over ask). Penny however took a full week to get our numbers to us and she came in at 167K, (3K under ask) and we were all shocked, both sides of the deal. Both realtors, (ours and the one representing our buyer) sent her several comps, one was even the same sq ft, same floorplan, same neighborhood appraised by a VA loan official at 178K! Once realtors sent over new comps for her to check out, she's been AWOL. No one can get a hold of her, she has not gotten back to us regarding our appraisal, and our close date has come and gone, (April 8th, 2013). I am furious with this women, she is so unprofessional! The poor guy who is trying to buy our house is hanging in there, we are all waiting for the appraisal to come back, and we are living in boxes since we were planning on moving 2 weeks ago, It's been 3 weeks and nothing from this women! I caution anyone and everyone, do not use this company to appraise your valuable property. First, she will come in low, then she will never get back to regarding time sensitive information. She should be ashamed of herself, causing heartache, and money to both parties in our case!
