My mom is selling her house and listed it with At Home Reality GRoup out of South Bend In. Her realtor is Francee Foster and the brooker is Peggy North. This house was listed in March 2011 and the realtor has not done the proper advertisng or Open Houses. There was over $30,000 in upgrades done to this house per reguested by the agent, Francee Foster. When I contacted the agent on July 11, 2011 to see the status on advertising she was offended that I called. The agent Francee Foster said she would walk away from the listing. My mom signed a cancelation for the withh draw on the MLS listing. But, the agent or the brooker Peggy North will not realse it because she sways it needs to expire. We can not get it re-listed with another firm untll they expire the MLS listing. The Brooker says she wont expire it because she does not have to and wont. They are playing bigs games. My mom is recently widowed and needs to sell this house. If this is how they treat there clients then they should not be in business. I find it appauling that they feel they can have this much controll over some one eles home. These people also work my word of mouth advertising and it is shamefull that they would treat people like this. You have been warned not to do business with them.
