AstroMart LLC Herb York - Got ripped off and without any explanation, lost my account and $12.00 registration fee Internet |

I have had a very disappointing experience at astromart.com. I have been a good standing member with astromart.com for nearly 9 months using the same email address. I did change my password a few times throughout this period but my email address has stayed the same. I tried to login just recently and could not as I kept getting a message 'Your username and/or password are invalid'. I double checked and even triple checked my password but it was correct so I decided to use the "Forgot your password" feature. I put in my email address so that I can retrieve my user information but it would not send any information to my email address. I tried this several times with no luck. I finally decided to email astromart.com directly regarding this issue. The email I used was [email protected]. I believe the owner of the site is Herb York. I was very kind and asked him what had happened to my account. I had 48-49 5 star ratings!! All of my proof was ignored and he was completely rude to me. Whoever responded back with the [email protected] was very rude to me and they were not friendly enough to assist me get back my account. At this point I'm not sure if my account got hacked, deleted but surely they were not willing to help me. In conclusion, I lost $12.00 for an account I paid for, he/she was very rude to me considering how good of a customer I have been. Buyer beware, they are VERY rude and your account may be lost later down the road without an explanation and also without them willing to help you out. Buyer please be aware! Armond |
