Subject Kyocera Jax: NOT "Persons With Disabilities" friendly... Discussion Thread Response (Robert) 01/29/2011 03:08 PM Hello Johann, Thanks for contacting Assurance Wireless Customer Care. We're so sorry for all the inconveniences this has caused. To answer your question, the service we're providing here at Assurance Wireless was designed only to support two specific phones: 1. The Kyocera Jax 2. The Kyocera Marbl In the event that you may want to upgrade your service to another phone, we would strongly recommend you the Kyocera Domino. You can find this phone at any Virgin Mobile retailer store. On the other end, we're strongly recommending you not to upgrade your Assurance Wireless service to another phone, because you will be experiencing issues with your service such as drop calls or network connection issues. Hope this helps, , If you need additional assistance, feel free to let us know how we can assist further or contact us at 1-888-321-5880. You can reach us Monday through Sunday 4am-9pm PST. Thanks, Bob Assurance Wireless At Your Service www.assurancewireless.com [My Inquiry Kyocera Jax]

Vision: Screen and Font size... too small. Hearing: Ringtones (incoming call), not upgradable. Hearing: (Communication) Not Bluetooth Capable. The Samsung SGH-A707 has a viewable/usable font and screen size. The ringtones however are WORTHLESS. DOES Assurance Wireless make reasonable accommodation for households that have a Person with Disabilities?
(TracFone, NOT to be ported until this situation is positively resolved.)
