Arthur Gundling All State Title Agency Mortgage Modification Scam Plantation, Florida |

Yes, Allstate Title Agency and Arthur Gundling are a bunch of scam artists!!! My husband and I made the unfortunate choice to give Allstate Title Agency and Arthur Gundling a total of $3,250 (half down, half after 1 month) back in May 2010. We were promised that Allstate Title Agency (owned and run by Arthur Guncling) would do everything in their power to get us our Loan Modification (the one we tried to get through our bank, Third Federal, before). Lou Silver also told us that we'd have more leverage with our bank if we stop making our payments and to make sure not to listen to them if they try asking for more money from us. They made us sign paperwork (which we still have) and said that they would then proceed modification negotiation with our bank. We called our bank several times since then an not one person we spoke with was aware of any communications, phone calls, or paperwork from Allstate Title Agency or Arthur Gundling. We called Allstate Title Agency several times after we signed up and were assigned a representative. The first rep. lasted a month or two and then we were forwareded onto another one that wouldn't return our phone calls or e-mails. Much to our surprise when we called Allstate Title in Sept. 2010, we listened to a voice message saying that Allstate Title has been closed but did leave Lou Silver's number. My husband and I were amazed at this and called Lou. Lou then told us that he had nothing to do with Allstate Title anymore, that it was a shock to him they they closed. He said his "Credit Repair Business" in Coral Springs was his own and not affiliated. He did send e-mails to Arthur on our behalf and told us to call Arthur to get an answer. We sent many e-mails and left many voice mails for Arthur. Lou Silver was the representative that we talked to that told us what a good chance we'd have! We did know one person that successfully had his loan modified by Allstate Title Agency and that is the only reason we went with them. We usually were very skeptical of these things (and for good reason). I did file a report with the Attorney General about a month or two ago. But, we are still out our money and lost all hope. We also know others have been victimized like us and would love to communicate with them and see what we can do legally as a group. Does anyone have any advice on how to proceed to get our money back and get Allstate Title and Arthur Gundling? |
