| So he laughed at that. He told me my apartment complex did not have a certificate with the tax assessors office. I was readying his web site and he is using ars and telling people what to tell their landlords. That is giving legal advise. I quoted it, emailed him and ask him if this is legal advise. He asked me what my point is and I said it is a question. by the way, I am also a paralegal and the only people allowed by law to give legal advised are lawyers. He did not want to answer. He just said goodnight. They are fast talking and are not legal. I should have asked to see his certification |

| He doesn't have a certification. The Board of legal document preparers pulled his certification awhile ago and now is talking about suing to put him out of business because he keeps giving legal advice to people. |

| Be careful because you are getting dangerous and wrong information if you go to Ken at Arizona Tenants. Call the Board of legal document preparers and let them know he is still operating AFTER he was ordered to stop. It is clear that the last post was placed by his employee who hopes somehow she'll make her paycheck this week. Don't lose your good credit rating to this guy. |

| I used Volk once, wished I used him to prepare moving out of my latest leas in Az. All these negative comments are written by landlords in Az. I moved to Ca where tenants have rights. Ken Volk is great! Helped me move out of a dump that flooded and the landlord was no help. I'm not an employee, I'm a customer a satisfied customer! My credit rating was not affected.
