Arize Home Financial Group Reliant Home Financial Group, The Arize Group Next big Loan Modification Scam in St Louis, Missouri |

This company preys on the weak and less fortunate. The send out misleading flyers in the mail that make people think that they are working with your mortgage company and that you have been pre-approved for some sort of new loan. This is all a bunch of bs. What makes the company illegal is the fact that they charge upfront fees in order for them to start on your modification. The law that was passed in January of 2011 made it illegal to do so. They can try to persuade you to think that they are working around the law by doing a loan audit or that they are going to sue your lender, bs I say. I was crooked into thinking they were legit as well so don't feel bad. Come to find out, the lady who processes the modifications is a 1 person show working out of her house! She additionally wasn't able to give me 1 reference of a homeowner who she was able to get a modification for. They are crooks and after they get your money you will never see it again!!!! The owners will of spent your money before they end up in jail and you won't see another penny! I have contacted the local news, the bbb, the ftc, and the fbi about what they are doing, they won't be open much longer!! |

More than likely this company doesn't have the money to give you a refund. It has probably already been spent or drawn out by the owner. If the company doesn't have the money, it cannot be given back to you even if you go to an attorney-general or the better business bureau. Also, the company has INC after it's name which implies it is a corporation. A corporation is a legal business type that protects the owners from any personal liability in a lawsuit. So even if you sued the company, they would claim insolvency and a default judgement would be entered into against the corporation which would mean they basically the company would be forced to pay you back, not the owners. It's not a good system, but unfortunately it is the reality. If I were you I would just tell others about your experience and learn from your lesson and not do business with companies like this in the future. |

If a business owner knowingly commits fraud on behalf of his corporation he can still be held liable and such is the case with Tyler Korn and Amjad Doud. They knowingly excepted monies upfront for their illegal modification scam after the law was passed that prohibited such acts from occurring in order to try and prevent what these 2 goons tried to get away with. They need to be held criminally liable and see jail time. Which is why you should definitely file complaints with the everyone possible. |
