they Just went in my account and taking $89.97 from my account |

I was ckecking my bank Account April 6, 2011 and i saw that an transaction came out of my account for the amount of $89.97 and the transaction was call "PREPAID DEBIT REMOVE FUNDS " so i called my bank and they told me who was the merchant that transaction came from and the company was Elite Gold, I ask my bank for there number and called them on April 8, 2011 @ about 11:15 A.M. Central Time and Spoke to several people that day I spoke two females one by the Name Mitchell Smith who is the Representative and told me what happen then spoke to Supervisor Name Jody ,and what they both told Me and my Husband was to fax them the information saying thata the money was taken out of my account by them and when they recieve the fax that I would get an call back from them so they could ago ahead and process the refund back into my account. So we called back again to do an follow up on the refund April 11,2011 and I spoke agian to Jody and Mitchell and they told us it will take up to 10-15 business day for the refund to come back to my account I said ok they said we should be excepting our refund back in our account on April 26,2011.
Well April 26, 2011 and went and there was nothing in my account form Elite Gold of $89.97. So we called them the same day at least four time's that day once in the morning, second time in afternoon, third time in the evening last time was before they close at 8:00 P.M. And again i spoke to Mitchell Smith ,Robert who are both representatives and they daid the money was going to be in our account that day / or tomorrow which would be April 27, 2011.
Now April 27,2011 I called agin because once again the money still have not posted into my account so when I call today i spoke wwith some one by the name of Curtis who is also an representative and he said it would be in the account within 24hrs or even sometime today like what Mitchell and Jody mention to us an few days ago and still nothing. Called back about 7:03 p.m. today and spoke to an different Representative name Richard Smith and now he tell us that all he can see is that the refund have not been completly processed yet sso therefor we still will have to wait another few more days to get my money back now me and my husband both know that now it haave been longer than 15day to the max
WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK NOW OR THERE HAVE BEEN FUTURE ACTION THAT HAVE BEEN TAKING PLACE ALREADY WITH AN LAWYER |
