apps909 or apps909.com apps909.com AKA David Vineyard. Apps909 ripped me off completely Bastrop, Texas

Here we go. I had a iphone application idea and a limited budget to
spend on developing it. I found apps909.com advertising on google
sponsored results (be careful with sponsored results. google doesn't
check weather the company is legit or not. ) I called them and CEO himself talked to me about the project (that
should have been a sign for me). Anyways i presented him the app and he
said he would do it even on revenue share basis I guess just to get me
all excited. We agreed to develop the product on all 3 different types of phones (iphone, android and blackberry). He quoted me $10K-$15k. I said ok that's pretty much all I have. They made me sign a contract and send them $3500 right away. I did that the next day. He said i would take 2 months not more and that they did many many apps before they are the best in the industry. Anyways long story short... after 2 months he delivered me a document outlining what the application would do and it was completely different from what I envisioned. First design they delivered looked like a 1990 nintendo graphics. I was very very disappointed. He promised he will put another designer on the job. My 5 year old niece would have done a better job. To bring a simple example his log in screen design had the following fields: email and name. I asked him is this a preliminary version of the interface, he said no that was what they had in mind for the final project. What kind of an idiot doesn't know that login screens have a password field. That was just a 1 out of hundreds of mistakes made on the document for the software. I asked him to stop working on the project and return my money. To think that it would cost me $10K-$12K more money to finish it and based on what has been delivered so far there is no way the final product would be 100% bug free. You only get 1 chance with apps. That one week that its in new application area of app stores. If people download it and the app crashes everyone would just leave bad feedback. bad feedback = no downloads. He didn't give me my money back. Result is i paid him $3500 for nothing which I am sure he is enjoying right now. And the last conversation on the phone he still claims they are the best in the industry.... Self proclaimed .. IF YOU WANT A DECENT MOBILE APP DEVELOPER DON'T USE APPS909.COM. Everything written above is my personal opinion of apps909.com

The person who wrote the above statements is “Boris Razmik” although he seems to have at least one more last name “Boris Harutyunyan” per the Better Business Bureau . Apps909.LLC entered into a contract agreement with this person in order to develop a mobile product. Apps909 works with its clients in an efficient manor by setting milestones for each project. During the project with Boris Razmik, Apps909 developed wireframes, Graphics, Database schemas, and Web Service Methods. Once delivered as a completed Design Specification Document the client complained about graphics used in the project, the same graphics he earlier said he liked via an email we still have on hand. The client was given an opportunity multiple times to have a meeting with Apps909 and its design team to work out a solution to the graphics he now stated he did not like, however he refused. The client sent several emails stating that if he was not given a 100% refund on his deposit he would launch a campaign to discredit Apps909. Due to the fact that his only complaint was on a few graphics that we still offer to work on for him, and not on the overall project including wireframes, workflow design, database design, and Web Services it was not feasible to provide a complete refund to the client. The client also launched a complaint with the BBB that was full of non fact and soon was proved by Apps909 to be false statements (This being the only complaint ever received by the BBB on Apps909). The client in fact is an owner in a business that has an “F” rating (the worse rating) a company can get from the BBB. He did not even attempt to dispute or remedy the complaints. Seems like this guy likes to use the system to his advantage and ignore it when it isn’t to his advantage. Apps909 stands behind ALL its work and is more than happy to provide continued services to more creditable clients. As for “Boris Razmik”, be careful that you do not have the miss fortune to do business with this person as he is only out to take what he can from people and business alike.
