Approvalwarehouse.com or myapprovalwarehouse.com Don Gillette, Larry M Don Gillette new scam approvalwarehouse.com he wanted $400 dollars to join MLM

Don Gillette and his new scam approvalwarehouse.com or myapprovalwarehouse.com just sent me an email and he wanted $400 dollars to join after his online presentation!! I'm a mortgage professional looking for full-time work and I loved the idea but the MLM presentation left a really bad taste in my mouth. After doing a little review and copying and pasting, I found an identical website from selectpayment.com and called Westwood on the selectpayment.com site. Approvalwarehouse.com is just a reseller looking to scam upfront money out of hard working professionals. Even after talking to some guy Larry he told me he is the money, obviously that is not the case after I spoke to Westwood and another company CCS. I also found another company online that offers a full 1% of all loans while these sharks are only giving out 50% of the commission while wanting me to send them $400 dollars and $40 dollars a month for a website. And if you google Don Gillette's name you might have a heart attack and I can not find Pro Vantage Group Inc anywhere at all other than some Long Island home address. Stay away folks just another scam to take your money from what looks to be a good solution.

Dmicks,
I am sorry you had that experience. This was the biggest issue I had with AW. Signing up agents and signing up merchants is a piece of cake. The real issue was whether customer applications were being approved, and if approved were they being funded. That is the only part of this process that matters. Are deals being done. I posted that issue months ago. I could never get confirmation so I moved on. There are lenders that do deals out there. Business is being done. The need for this financial solution is so great right now. There is a tremendous business opportunity--and it does not involve MLM. That is where the money was going at AW. Agent sign up fees, agent monthly fees, merchant sign up fees, merchant monthly fees. Someone was making money there.

I would be glad to point you in the right direction. [email protected]

For anyone considering this you are lacking license and credibility and yes I know you are hard hit. These scam artists are always thinking of new ways to cook the books and real the weak in. PT Barnum said there is a sucker born every 30 seconds. He is right judging by the foolish want to believe it crowd. I too am a professional in the real estate industry. I am licensed to do so. They claim $250 to close escrow on real estate services. Without a real estate license they just broke the law. In California it is illegal to obtain an advance fee for anything relating to a mortgage. 99% of the homes sold have some kind of financing. RESPA violations are huge, $1, 000, 000 in fines and 30 years in prison. Additionally this CEO runs a C Corporation or an LLC. Does not matter the Sarbanes Oxley Act will put people like him in jail. Do not be part of this organization, short term profits for long term liabilities. BAD IDEA. These greedy creeps come out of the woodwork when times are tough.

angelgroove. Are you talking about Approval Warehouse? Are they in to real estate now?
I found out that a mojority of their applications for consumer finance and ready reserve were turned down.
This is why they are pimping another program and trying to collect their monthly fees
It's just a big recruiting scheme with a piss poor product

I signed up with Approval Warehouse Nov. 2011. After hundreds of contacts I got a really great client in five locations. After 21 days of no answers to support tickets, no answers to phone calls, zero support ... they came back with one more piece of paper the merchant needed. What happened to the 6-8 day approval? These people are liars, thieves. They have no intention of approving merchants or customers. I suggested my merchant not proceed further. I see the writing on the wall: $39.95/mo. X 2, 000 'agents'. We will see these people 'go down'. My ethics are worth more than continuing on with them.

Approval Warehouse is nothing but a shallow MLM. No one answers Help tickets, No one is accountable, They have very limited services to offer, and their Tax Genius is a sham. Avoid Approval Warehouse

I have been an actual merchant with AW since August 2011. In my honest opinion I would advise people to save your money and find a better option. In the time that I have been a merchant for the company I have only had 5 deals funded. Which is extremely low, considering that 90% of my clients have credit scores of 600+. When a client is not approved they provide no answer other than that the client is not eligible and should think of reapplying with a co-signer. Please note that most of these clients gave me a copy of their credit report which clearly shows positive credit history, no mortgage, strong tradelines, high scores, and great income. All factors which should get your clients approved like cake... NOT. I have submitted an extremely high volume of applications which are not only not getting approved, but are not being funded. I had a deal not funded because the back office felt something just "wasn't right". Bottom line, this company is doing very few deals, they are making money off of the sign up and monthly fees, I will definitely be canceling my account once I find another funding option for my clients.
