Me and my husband moved here and attempted to purchase a home for us and our 3 kids. We met ANGELA TORRES who claimed to have a home for sale but opted to do a lease with an option to buy. We tapped into our life savings and gave her a substantial down payment. She also claimed to have a business that will help to rebuild your credit. We also paid her monthly rent only to discover that she had taken out down payment and purchased her own home and that our money was not in the bank growing interest like she stated. The money we were paying her every month was not going towards the mortgage on the home and ultimately the house went into foreclosure! I was forced to move into an apartment and still had somethings in the house. ANGELA TORRES and her alleged business partner BILL BROWN came to the house when I was not there and removed the front door from the henge and STOLE my furniture, refrigerator, stove and other things to include my clothing and shoes. THEY REMOVED ALL OF MY THINGS and STOLE ALL OF MY MONEY! Beware of the scam of trying to rebuild your credit--especially with this individual! She claims to have your best interest at heart but she has ripped off many families and the police act as if their hands are tied.
