rented home to angela addair roberts under false pretenses. claimed she receive hud on nov 1 2011. i paid elect and water until she could get it changed over. everytime i as ked i was given different escusse. paid 45 on elect before changed over. water had to cut off because of town ordinance. ended up paying 90.00 and was promissed to be paid back. after rent was three weeks late and given eviction notice she told me she knew how to work the system, so i went to social services because children had no running water and no signs of hot meals because stove plug was being used on dryer for over a month. on nov 8 i went to hud and becky foster informed me that had a voucher but using. i informed her of situation and that a christerfer ford had been living there since first week . she said that he was not authorised and callrd angela and told her she had to make it right with me and move out within 5 days. or loose her voucher. angela told me if i would make it right with hud she would move. she told me she would be out by 4pm on sat 12/10. at 600pm i went to the house was shoched to see the mess left. both little beds were diassembled and lots garbage and trash on floors and all lights out and no heat. i informed town police that house appeared ababdoned and was going to reclaim property before structural damage acurited . angela told me that the washer did not work so i assummed the dryer was broke to because it did not have a plug on it. two small beds were diassembled and pushed against wall. the old couch is in very bad shape so i assumed it was being left too. the house had no heat and running warwe for 3 weeks and toilet had been shattered..i collected all garbage and thrown about clothes and bagged them and put in gargage with some stuff she had in there. i put washer and dryer an sofa on porch incase she wanted it. ive made several attempts to contact her to retriveit if she wants it. i put small amount of oil in to warm up house and will try to get water turnned on monday or tues. it saddens ne that ss can let children be subject to poor conditions.
