Sir, I was surfing through the net after I read your Ripoff Report on Peoples Management
Resources and Andrew Gottlieb. I have been in your same position and hate people like Andy Gottlieb and feel that it is in every bodies best interest to remove him from the normal society. He needs to be behind bars in my opinion. Interestingly, there is a lot of negative information that was found on him. There are many complaints from others about the same issues that you have of his lack of performance and stealing money from them. I found a couple of law suits against him one filed in 2008 and the other filed in February 2009 each were issued judgements. The judgements were placed against him and Peoples Management Resources for scamming people out of their money and not performing. The plantiffs named in each of the law suits were PEKER SHARON v ANDY GOTTLIEB AND PEOPLES MANAGEMENT RESOURCES judgement in 2008 and MINIMED CARE, P.A. v. PEOPLES MANAGEMENT RESOURCE, INC. et al Judgment on Default 2010. The judgements were respectively were for Peker, Sharon 73,742.00 and from Minimed Care 150,000.00 plus. They each claimed that he took their money and did not perform nor return it when requested. He made a lot of false promises about issuing Stanby Letters of Credits to each and providing sources to fund them. You can look at each of the suits on the attached web addresses listed below. Their complaints were the same issues as you stated in your complaint and they each won in the court of law. He and his company are both blacklisted on numerous of fraud boards of brokers that advise people not to do business with them because they do not perform; he is a scammer, a fraud per the complaints posted. There was also an issue from his passed when he was either convicted or indicted for child molestation. In the molestation appeal it stated that he fondeled his
kids and touched them inapproprately. Personally, I was not surprise with the amount of negativity found against Andy Gottlieb and
PMRI. People like him with his history normally have a lot of baggage. What I am surprised of is that he is still walking the streets and in business. In my opinion this is not a good man and you need to get yourself a good legal advocate and go after him through the court system. The other complainants won on breach of contract allegations and based on his prior history I believe that you are at an advantage. | I just received my letter just this morning! Thankfully I'm a smart guy! googed final judging and this page atop all things was the first link! My letter says! CONGRATULATIONS YOU ARE THE TWO MILLION DOLLARS WINNER TO BE PAID ACCORDING TO YOU OPTION! I am glad I googled this I wonder if I could sue this guy and legally get 2 million from him? I mean it comes with a signature and winner selection in writing saying that I am a 2 million dollar winner I mean written contract is official law here in today's world right? That makes him legally bound and obligated to pay me 2, 000, 000 dollars right? HAHA we should all sue! he had better be one rich MOFO!! |
