I found a link on Facebook for a cream costing $3.95 so I ordered it. The company ended up charging my card $6.95 then $94.90 then 99.90 before I was able to convince Dermatal to stop charging me. I returned product in February. Numerous calls later, I still do not have a refund. I called again today and was told that Corporate will process in 2 to 3 months. I said that was not acceptable, she said I don't care.I cannot get an email addressor phone number for Coporate. I got an email from Support that said I would receive a check in 3 business days. This was dated 6-1-11. I did not get a check. I tried responding to the email and it gets returned as undeliverable! I was given a physical address to send a letter to Corporate to ask again for a refund. The address for them was DermatalSkincare in Riverton, Utah. The bottle says Amir & Sanchez in Tucson. |

I could have written this complaint above almost word for word as I have been trying to get a refund from Dermatal since March 2011. After making numerous calls to cancel my order (I received 2 jars of Dermatal within a 5 day period) I was told a credit would be show up on my credit card statement. 6 months later and numerous phone calls later I still don't have a refund (I was later told I would receive 2 separate checks) for the product. On July 8th I sent an email to Dermatal by way of the Utah Better Business Bureua and received a reply from the Dermatal Support Staff that I would receive a refund in 7-10 business days. A month has since passed and no check(s). When I responded to their email I had the same result as stated in the above complaint--email undeliverable. I called information to see if I could get a phone number for Dermatal in Riverton, Ut and they had no listing for such a company. When I tried to get a physical address for Dematal Skin Care in Riverton, Utah, I was told I couldn't have it. |
