Amerigroup Mortgage Corp MIC I smelled a RAT!!!! Internet

I had a rep from MIC come to my home after entertaining a telepone call askig if I was interested in lowering my mortgage payments. I thought Mmmm this might not be so bad and I would listen to the presentation. THe rep arrived and went through the entire presentation and was axnious about signing me up on the spot. In the back of my mind I felt it was important to investigate this company to see who legit they were. He felt I should do that but in the mean time sign up now. That was a little crazy for me and I felt this was going to go bad. After he explained to me how my payments would be lowered he did another lending sheet and it showed how the intrest rates would go up and m payment would go up along with it. I am now on a fix rate which is easy for me to pay but after seeing that I was dead set against paying higher mortgage payments in a JUST IN CASE situation. Futhermore, I was not going to take someone's word that I didnt know well. He then proceeded to call his office and the manager there was very pushy to have me sign up right away. When I explained that I need to do reserach on your company things really got out of control. He raised his voice and at that point it was time to end the entire visit. The Mortgage Officer who cam to my home also began to get out of control by wanting to yell and screen. I felt OH NO, not in my house and asked him to leave. THis was the short of what has happened but I feel if you are interested in doing business you should investiagate the company before you sign any paperwork to make sure this company has a good reputation. I smelled a RAT
