American KIE Denny McLain Dishonest - Criminals Morgan City , Louisiana

Denny McLain & American KIE are dishonest criminals. They stole approximatley $75,000 worth of scrap steel and recyclable material from my property (Schriever La). Including cars and numerous tools. McLain claims his company was hired by a Mike Sheppard to remove everything from the property, He also paid Sheppard $5000.00 and a Gerard Dolin $7,500.00 for my property that he obtained illegally. I contacted McLain and had his employees removed from the premises. After a lot of damage has been done and some email / phone communication with McLain, McLain agreed that his company would go ahead and remove the remaining scrap and clear the land of all of the trash. I even siged a contact with McLain. Well a year later we have not gotten anywhere McLain talks the big game but never steps up to the plate. He stated in phone calls to me that if Iwould obtain quotes from companies that would clean the mess his people left behind that he would pay for it. Well now he is not returning calls or emails. He says the quotes are too high. He needs to see what his company did to my property in addition he needs to realize what he and his company did was illegal and criminal. Each time I speak with him he has another excuse. I am done talking to him and will start talking to an attorney. He could have avoided all of this by just paying me the $12,000 that it cost to have my land cleaned. He is not living by his company motto "HONESTY, ON TIME, INTEGRITY AND QUALITY WORKMANSHIP" Watch out for Denny McLain and American KIE, they are not honest business people.
