This company is a complete scam. Believe nothing they tell you. Ever.
First, they send you an email saying they are starting up a new office in lafayette (or what ever city you are in). They they call and schedule you for an interview. They don't tell you its on the hiring day. And when you get there, somehow forget they ever scheduled you, but let you interview anyway. It is a three step hiring process. 1) They you interview with the 1st boss to make sure its something your up to the task to do. Then they send you in to watch this huge presentation on how amazing their company is. They first thing they ask you is if any of us has heard of them before. We all say no. Then they say they are one of the fastest growing insurance companies. It was founded during the great depression (that part has some truth in it, but is stretched very far)
They don't advertise on tv, billboards, adds, nothing so they can use that money to help give better benifits. And the reason they get their clients is by setting up meetings with the different businesses. then they go over all the benefits they offer which are so good to be true you know there has to be a catch. Then you fill out paper work and have a 2nd interview with the guy you had the first interview, answering any other questions you had. He also tells you that in order to get the job you have to do a $99 online class and a $300 dollar other class to get your license. (Everything is completely 100% false)They persuade you to say yes and in the third interview if they want you the really persuade you. I looked them up after the 2nd interview and didn't find anything because i looked up american life insurance. After the 3rd interview I realized I had the name wrong and saw it was completely all a scam. Never called them again and they never called me to follow up. Bottom line is stay away from this company. Believe nothing it says.
