AHMSI took over servicing of the loan on the house my sister lives in. They were first called CITI Lending ( the Ben Laudin family) they immediately jacked the interest up 1 % right after the market crashed. I called them and explained that I had been injured on the job, denied my workers comp, went 8 months without an income, my sister and brother-in-law were both on unemployment and could not pay the $739.00 payment let alone a $789.00 they said to bad, this is your new payment. I quit paying them for three months so that I would qualify for a modification. By then they were calling themselves AHMSI3. I finally talked to a man that gave me a verbal modified payment of $739.00. With all kinds of threats that I would be denied if I failed to pay this amount. That month, my sisters unemployment ran out with no extention and she hid from me because she could not pay the rent! I finally sent the $729.00 on the third week of the month and another $739.00 before the first of the next month. They sent them both back to me and put the house in default. I called and begged them and they said I could keep applying for a modification and they would put a hold on the foreclosure. I then for the second time submitted all my documentation. This is no easy task as we owned 5 houses when the market crashed. They then notified me that I could not get a modification because we did not get enough money! I then sent them a spread sheet from my accountant showing that we did make enough money. So they said for me to re-submit my documents again. I did so and they assigned a loan officer named Anthony Neguyn (win) who first told me the story about how they could not give us a 0 payment and I explained to him that I had shown them that we could and I then had my sister and brother-in-law send their financials, as they were paying the payment anyway! They had taken in a border that was paying $300.00 a month! Anthony told me to call him back in three days! I did this and got his voice mail that stated very clearly NOT TO MAKE NUMEROUS CALLS that it only extended the time it would take to call me back. Two months later I get a letter denying the modification because of lack of contact? Just how do you loose contact with the people in the house? I called everyday for a month waiting at least 20 minutes before you get to talk to a real person. Then this women that spoke such broken english that I asked her if she could transfer me to a different rep. I explained that I am hard of hearing, and she said something to the effect of why do I want someone else that she can help me, I went off on her, in spades and she tried to transfer me and after 1hour and 20 minutes I got disconnected! This process happened 1 out of 3 calls to them. They finally told me to submit my documents yet AGAIN for a modification. I have the letter dated June 10,2009. On June 24,2009 they slapped a vacate the premisses notice on my sisters door that said the house had been foreclosed upon and was to be sold at auction. Well I gave that house to my sister 12 years ago, at that time I gave them a 15 year lease! So they put in an offer of $50,000.00 and their credit was not approved! I called an attorney named Tom Smith in Shasta Co. and told him I wanted to go before a foreclosure judge and he said I would have to sue and this cost a lot of money! He then stated "these banks have so much money that they have been able to do what ever they want and get away with it"! That he could not help me. I gave up, that was eight months ago. They still have not been able to remove my sister from her house despite serving an unlawful detainer which was denied because they are not on the lease agreement. So now the house sits with no one paying anything, no one wants to buy it so they wrote it off and sent a 1098 for $90,000.00 Why did they deny the modification? this house was built in 1935. No one except us wants this shack! I am willing to continue paying $90,000.00 for a house valued at $40,000.00 in todays market. Can a foreclosure get an appeal? Is there anyone that will help me with this? I will gladly pay any attorney that will try and save us from oweing IRS (irresponcible rotten suckers) $30,000.00 for taxable income. Why wasn't I given the chance to sign a deed-in-lieu? When I turned this in to the attorney general she sent me word that she could not find a license for AHMSI to even service loans? She advised me to get an attorney. Is there one with the guts to go up against the royal family? Douche Bank was the underwritter and they are in GERMANY! What has happened to my country? We can fix this. We are many, they are few!!! Come on America are you a man or a mouse? come on squeak up ! |
