A woman from this company called me, telling me that my family had been approved for their "dental plan". She had my name and cell number, but my wife's email. My wife had been shopping for health insurance for the family a couple of weeks prior. She went to Blue Cross and Cigna ONLY! This person had my name, age, weight, number of children, etc.. Since she had this and my wife's email, I figured that my wife had signed up for this "dental plan". So, I gave then a credit card to start the plan. ONLY AFTER giving the cc number was I informed that this was not a dental plan, but a DISCOUNT plan that I have to pay into every month. As soon as I hung up, I had this feeling that I was duped. I called my wife, and she said she never had any contact with them. Nobody had EVER solicited services from this company. They lied. Whatâ€™s scary about this is that either BlueCross or Cigna gave out our very personal information to these scammers! WTF? The email I got from them had a wrong contact phone number. After hunting down the number (800 747 6190), we called three times in the first week to cancel. We keep getting "you are not showing up in the system - give it a couple more days". Sure... they had no problem charging my card immediately. Finally, I called again today to cancel. The office was closed - despite calling during their normal business hours. So, this "plan" or "thing" is still active, and I can't do anything about it. I'm going to call my cc company to cancel the card today - I won't get the nearly 50 bucks that they took from me either, but thatâ€™s the price I will have to pay for being stupid. I see complaints going back several years about this place. Why are they still in business? Why are not people in jail over this? Seems our government has more important things to do like raiding Gibson Guitar for importing wood products.
